宜鼎CFast 3IE7為SATA III 6.0 Gb/s快閃記憶卡，采用進的SATA III NAND控制器，搭載于宜鼎開發的L³ FW固件結構。3IE7系列的升級L³固件架構，將宜鼎專有4K映像算法的L²固件架構結合功能強大的LDPC技術，因此隨機存取（IOPS）功能優異，數據完整性極佳，壞區發生次數減少，使用壽命隨之延長。CFast 3IE7內建溫度傳感器與iData Guard，保證具有工控應用不可或缺的數據完整性及優異可靠度。
